Bookkeeping
Timely, efficient bookkeeping services are available for businesses of all sizes. Computerized accounts are prepared, saved and presented for client review on a quarterly, monthly, and/or annual basis. Budgeting and forecasting support are also available. We support all major accounting programs including Quickbooks.
Efective January 1, 2026 existiing clients will be "grandfathered" at their existing rates and will only pay additional fees for new work as their business grow....Starting Jan 1, 2026 a minimum $150 a month bookkeeping for 1 acct up to 50 transactions (statements must include check images). Each additional bank acct or credit card statement account adds an additional $150 MONTHLY; every additional 50 transactions adds $150 MONTHLY
Credit cards that categorizes summary YTD statement activity will be posted in totals annually to minimize bookkeeping fees, monthly cc stmts will be retained only for business balance sheet debt adjustments.
Bookkeeping must be received before the 10th each month. Additional $50 per DAY when it is received late or incomplete before any due date. Late fees will be assessed based on mgmt discretion. Bookkeeping that is not complete or accurate causing additional work to be correct will incur an additional hourly fee of $150 per hour.
The following are seperate tax preparation fees in addition to the MONTHLY bookkeeping fees:
Monthly payroll tax liability reporting (EFTPS & SWH due 15th) $50
Monthly sales tax liability reporting due 20th per jurisdiction $50. Additional $25 for each sales tax code rate reported.

Review of and/or response to any government notices is NOT covered in Monthly bookkeeping fees but is a seperate engagement for representation and consulting services at $150 per hour and may require a power of attorney.
